Most of you are aware that the years between 2000-2005 saw unbelievable real estate appreciation all over the country. In fact the National Association of REALTORS and Money Magazine say that the Naples/Marco Island market appreciated nearly 150% during that time- incredible. We can personally attest to the fact that many people who casually have come to our area for years have told us they "missed the boat" on the good prices. Now as we think about it, we used to hear our parents say the same things when we were growing up. Today, however, we have twice the inventory of available real estate than just two years ago. The Collier Boulevard beautification project from the Residents Beach south is complete and it was worth the wait!!! The scenic boulevard includes exquisite landscaping, wide winding walkways for pedestrians and bicyclists, and pretty park benches all lined with beautiful "gas" lamp-post lighting. Construction is underway from San Marco to the Clam Bay bridge now with hopeful completion by December.
