I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great job you did with us on selling our home and buying the replacement!
We had our home on the market for a long time with the attitude that if someone came along and wanted to buy it we would sell, if no one did that would be okay too. We really liked where we lived. When the time came when we really decided to move on you were there to help with the push.
You found the right buyers and the whole team made our sale and the next purchase so easy. It really helped me to know that everything was being taken care of so all I had to do was concentrate on purging and packing the many years of accumulated items.
I have to send a big shout out to Nancy for putting up with my endless looking and could we look again, and can we see that again, and do you think it would be ok if we went to look at this again. You were always there saying “sure – when would be best for you.” The entire team has that “what can we do to help make things easier for you” attitude and it is appreciated.
I do not plan on moving again for many years so we will not need your services again any-time soon! I will however recommend you to any of my friends or family that may be looking for that perfect buyer or need that new home.
