Marco Island Gated Communities

There’s nothing quite like living on Marco Island. With more than four miles of sugar-fine white sand beaches, over 100 miles of waterways, unspoiled natural parks, a sunny subtropical climate, and proximity to cosmopolitan Naples, Marco Island is a piece of paradise that many can only dream about.

It’s no wonder that Marco Island real estate is desired by many homebuyers around the country and the world. A home in Marco Island is prime real estate, whether purchased as a primary or secondary residence, or as an investment property.

On Marco Island, waterfront does not only mean oceanfront. The many lakes, bays and waterways within the island provide more waterfront properties that are no more than 20 minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico.

Marco Island’s waterways are what make the city a boating mecca. They provide boat access to the ocean from mostly anywhere on the island. Homeowners can dock their boats in their backyards and take them to the Gulf through this network of canals.
