Consy Dela Cruz-Obedoza brings a wealth of experience on the internal operations side of the business after having served as an Operations Team Leader/Project Manager with Accenture BPO. From listing coordination, database management, marketing activities, team communication, tracking reports, and customer satisfaction – Consy acts as the internal bridge that connects all of the day-to-day operations for the team. With a bachelor of science degree in Computer Engineering, she excels in producing superior reports with lightning speed, enabling the team to be nimble and act quickly.

Consy brings an endless array of positive energy and work ethic to the Sandlin team and prioritizes communication with her teammates in order to ensure a positive end result for the customer. She is often the first person to respond to an email and her “can do” attitude is contagious. When Consy isn’t busy posting a listing, she enjoys catching up on television series she may have missed or spending quality time with her family.
