It is a pleasure to write this letter to remark on our experience with your team, especially Cathy Brodie, relative to the purchase of a new condo on MarcoIsland. I should also include the listing of our old condo as well.
We initially employed an agent from another firm to explore condo listings. For some reason it appeared that we were not taken seriously. When we had questions about certain properties or looking for clarification, most times the responses took far too long and the information incomplete.
Cathy Brodie was recommended by a good friend whom she had previously assisted with a purchase of a condo on the island. Our experience with Cathy was a complete one-eighty. She showered us with phone calls and e-mails. Listings, updates and answers came immediately. What was truly impressive was her intimate knowledge of all of the properties where we had interest. It is clear that Cathy has a passion for her work and takes her customers very seriously. My wife and I felt that we could not have been in better hands.
I won’t forget to mention to Sandlin Team in general. Other than Cathy we had the most contact with Karen Nowakowski and Rivka Mascoop who are also a credit to your team. Communications were always very thorough and professional. Again, we felt in the best hands.
Currently, we get constant feedback on our listing. It is always helpful, but sometimes painful, to get the comments from visitors even though we know that ultimately those comments will provide us with valuable information that should help in the sales process.
