The beautiful Marco Beach Ocean Resort provided the perfect setting for the recent RE/MAX Affinity Plus Annual Award Ceremony. There were certainly many reasons to celebrate!
RE/MAX Affinity Plus of Marco Island boasts $430,000,000 in volume as a whole in 2013! This amazing sales total puts RE/MAX Affinity Plus-Marco Island at #2 of all RE/MAX Offices in the entire state of Florida behind the larger RE/MAX affiliate in Sarasota.
Rocky Farhat, RE/MAX Affinity Plus co-owner, expressed his pride in all associates’ achievements. Rocky was just as exuberant about current real estate values this season that have risen 14 to 15 percent as well as a projected rise over the next 12 months of another 15 to 18 percent.
Especially exciting was our very own Sandlin Team being recognized in the top 10 teams in the entire state of Florida in 2013. Receiving individual awards were Linda Sandlin, named to the Chairman’s Club as well as Realtor Partners Cathy Brodie and Nancy Meyers as 100 Percent Club achievers and Rachel Dehanas, designated as an Executive Club member.
2014 is promising to be an even stronger sales year than 2013, as of this writing, the Sandlin Team will have closed over $24 M year to date!
