Alan and Linda Sandlin just attended the 40th year anniversary RE/MAX International Convention in Las Vegas with over 7000 top agents from 58 countries. “This convention was a phenomenal opportunity for us to promote Marco Island and Naples and to network with the best Realtors from around the world and U.S.” Alan explained. These statistics were released at the Convention: RE/MAX is the most recognized real estate brand in the world. RE/MAX sells more real estate than any other real estate company in the world, $296 Billion in 2012 with 1,300,000 transactions. RE/MAX has offices in 90 countries, more than any other real estate brand, and has the most experienced agents and highest per agent production. The Sandlin Team was honored as the #3 Team in the State of Florida in sales production, #63 in the U.S., in addition to being #1 in Sales Volume on Marco Island in 2012.
The conference was a gold mine in advanced education for Realtors as well as economic perspectives for better serving our clients. Speakers included Dr. Condoleezza Rice, Andy Andrews, Brian Buffini, Gary Vaynerchuk, to name a few. Some of the topics covered in depth included marketing luxury properties, state of the art marketing technologies relative to real estate, the top internet strategies today to highlight our market and lifestyle to potential buyers, with special emphasis given to marketing for International buyers. RE/MAX International web site is translated into 30 languages and currency converter for 38 currencies worldwide. Alan noted the networking with 90 countries worldwide is a huge RE/MAX advantage for our selling clients.
